About The Undun
The Undun is a women's apparel startup focused on redefining comfort and support in women's bras through innovative design and materials. Founded by a former Nike and Lululemon product executive, the company combines deep product expertise with a direct-to-consumer e-commerce model built around Shopify and strategic retail partnerships.
As the company prepared for launch, it had strong product development and investor interest—but its financial and operational infrastructure had not yet been built.
The Situation

Records were incomplete, receipts were scattered across hundreds of transactions, SAFE investments needed reconciliation, and the company needed systems capable of handling Shopify sales, inventory, and investor reporting ahead of launch.
Systems Implemented
Core accounting and general ledger
Automated e-commerce revenue reconciliation (planned integration)
Procurement, spend management, and corporate card controls
Accounting workflow, approvals, and document management
Automated transaction capture and reconciliation
Operational Work Completed
Team Deployment
Degtar Accounting recruited and onboarded a dedicated accounting resource:

The Result
The Undun moved from no financial infrastructure to a fully operational finance stack, with systems, reporting, and accounting processes ready to support a multi-channel e-commerce launch.
